Managing Director

Oscar has worked in the education space for over five years, with experience teaching all main subjects from Kindergarten to GCSE. A John Colet Scholar at St Paul’s, he achieved 12 A*s at GCSE and A*, A, A at A-Level. After studying History at York, he spent time in China working in a school before coming back to the UK to work as a tutor and education consultant. After a stint in Hong Kong with BE Education, Oscar came back to the UK to set up his own approach he’s honed over the past five years. He is currently completing an MSc at King’s College London.

Cassia Jefferson

Academic Programmer

Cassia earned a scholarship to SPGS before going on the achieve 11 A*s at GCSE. After being awarded 4 D1s (A*s) at Pre-U Level, she progressed onto Oxford University where she earned a first class English Literature degree and won the Gibb’s Prize for her dissertation. As well as being a frontline member of our teaching and mentorship product team, Cassia works for two charities concerned with Digital Poverty and combating drug activity in Latin America.

Oliver Dixon

Tutor and Course Delivery

Oliver Ramsay Dixon is a first-class Philosophy graduate from the University of Manchester with a strong academic background across the humanities and social sciences, achieving top grades at A-level and GCSE. He is an experienced tutor and teaching assistant, having worked extensively in primary schools through The Tutor Trust and supported pupils aged 3–18 at a specialist trauma school, where he developed a calm, empathetic, and highly adaptable teaching style. Alongside his academic work, Oliver brings confidence and clarity from extensive public speaking and acting experience, including a LAMDA Grade 8 Distinction. Known for his ability to build rapport and motivate learners, he combines intellectual rigour with patience, encouragement, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping students grow in confidence and achievement.
